What You’ll Do

• Litter Collection: Pick up and sweep litter throughout parking lots, storefront areas, and surrounding green spaces.

• Garbage Management: Empty and reline garbage bins, transporting waste to designated dumpsters.

• Bin Area Maintenance: Wipe down garbage bin lids and keep bin areas clean and organized.

• Property Condition Reporting: Identify and report graffiti, broken curbs, burnt-out lights, or other maintenance issues to management.

• Equipment Use: Operate tools such as vacuums, blowers, and cleaning products when needed.

• Weather-Ready Work: Perform duties in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme heat.

• Drive Safely: You have a valid Ontario G Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $23 per hour (with performance bonuses).

• Paid Training & PPE: We provide all necessary training and personal protective equipment.
